Purchaser Representations & Assumption of Responsibility

You accept full responsibility and liability for the storage, handling, and use of all purchased materials

Monitoring, Enforcement & Account Controls

To maintain compliance and payment processing eligibility, TheaWell Bio reserves the right to:

Review, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion
Refuse or cancel orders that present compliance, regulatory, or payment processing risk
Request additional verification or documentation when necessary
