Overview:

BPC-157 (10mg) / TB-500 (10mg) is a combination of two synthetic research peptides commonly discussed in the context of tissue-response, structural remodeling, and cellular-migration models. BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide composed of 15 amino acids and modeled after a peptide sequence associated with gastric tissue. TB-500 is commonly identified as the N-acetylated 17–23 fragment of thymosin beta-4, a naturally occurring peptide involved in actin regulation and cellular movement.

Much of the scientific interest around this combination comes from the different but potentially complementary biological pathways associated with each peptide. BPC-157 has been studied in experimental models involving nitric oxide signaling, vascular response, angiogenesis-related pathways, fibroblast activity, and extracellular matrix remodeling.
